We’re seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team and support the financial health of a fast-paced, dynamic organization. In this role, you’ll handle key accounting functions — from reconciliations to reporting — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial operations across the company.

🧠 How You’ll Make an Impact
📄 Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Perform journal entries and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Analyze account details for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare account analysis and reconciliations for month-end close.
💼 Payroll & Benefits Support
• Complete payroll schedules and journalize entries.
• Manage reporting for 401(k) contributions.
• Prepare and process commission reports and payments.
🏦 Reconciliations & Transactions
• Prepare and complete bank reconciliations.
• Manage credit card expense reconciliations and disbursements.
• Enter and post miscellaneous AP transactions, including invoice processing.
🧾 Tax & Compliance
• Prepare and submit beverage tax returns and additional local agency filings.
• Support year-end audit needs and provide requested documentation.
📂 Special Projects
• Assist on ad-hoc financial projects and process improvement initiatives.
✅ We’re Excited About You Because...
• You have a BS degree in Accounting (required).
• You bring 7 years of experience in accounting, ideally with a large company or manufacturer/distributor.
• You have advanced Excel skills and strong general bookkeeping knowledge.
• You have experience with monthly tax return submissions.
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Experience with Concur is a strong bonus.
