📋 Order Management
• Accurately enter and review customer orders in our system
• Follow orders from entry through completion, ensuring delivery meets expectations
• Collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, Production, and Shipping
📞 Customer Communication
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries
• Provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and build strong client relationships
• Ensure clear and timely communication at all stages of the order process
🛠️ Operational Support
• Maintain accuracy under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and coordinating special requests
• Help maintain data integrity across systems
