The Department of Special Education at Nassau BOCES is seeking regularized substitute teachers. The successful candidates must have experience working with students with learning, behavior, and social/emotional needs, possesses strong skills in differentiated instruction and demonstrated abilities in data-informed instruction and the Next Generation Learning Standards.
Requirements
New York State Certified Special Education Teachers, preferably holding two or more certifications in the following certification areas:
