- Process invoices, payments, and vendor transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and internal accounts regularly
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure proper documentation
- Track and manage expenses, purchase orders, and inventory-related financial data
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly summaries and variance reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and leadership teams to maintain financial accuracy
- Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed
- 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (manufacturing or production environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience in inventory accounting or cost accounting
- Familiarity with manufacturing workflows or supply chain processes
