Process Specialist ? Lean Manufacturing

We are looking for a Process Specialist who will help improve and optimize our production processes while supporting the integration and use of our IFS Cloud ERP system.

This role focuses mainly on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in our production environment. You will work closely with operators, supervisors, and leadership to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and help our operations run more smoothly.

You do not need a specific degree for this role. Practical experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly valued. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is also an advantage.

We are also open to hiring motivated recent graduates who are interested in manufacturing, operations, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement

• Observe and analyze production and packaging processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen activities and root-cause problem solving.
• Help develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation.
• Work directly on the production floor with operators and supervisors to improve workflows.
  
  

ERP Support (IFS Cloud)

• Support the configuration and improvement of our IFS Cloud ERP system.
• Translate real production workflows into ERP processes and procedures.
• Help users solve system-related issues and support basic training and documentation.
• Work with internal teams and external consultants on improvements and system updates.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Pressing, Packaging, Shipping, Maintenance, and IT teams.
• Act as a bridge between operations and systems/IT.
• Support the introduction of new equipment, automation, or production lines from a process perspective.
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to spend time on the production floor working directly with operations.
  
  

Preferred (but Not Required)

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, or Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• Ability to work with data or dashboards (Power BI, SQL, or similar tools).
  
  

Education: No specific degree is required. Candidates with manufacturing experience or interest in lean manufacturing and operations improvement are encouraged to apply. Recent graduates with a strong interest in manufacturing are welcome.
