We’re hiring a Customer Support Associate to join our Nashville-based team and help customers get the assistance they need. This position is ideal for someone starting their career or transitioning into a professional support role. You’ll spend your day responding to questions, guiding customers through simple solutions, and ensuring concerns are handled efficiently.

This is a structured, entry-level role with clear processes, hands-on training, and steady expectations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer requests through phone and digital channels
  • Assist customers with general questions, updates, and basic troubleshooting
  • Enter notes and updates accurately into internal systems
  • Follow step-by-step support procedures to resolve common issues
  • Transfer or escalate cases when additional support is required
  • Maintain a courteous, professional tone in every interaction
  • Work closely with team members to meet service standards
