What are the responsibilities and job description for the Print Production and Customer Support Associate position at Payton Prints?
We’re a small custom print and embroidery shop, and we’re excited to add another person to our team! We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly who’s comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. Our shop is collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced and we take a lot of pride in creating high-quality work for our customers.
Position: Production Team Member
Hours: 20–35 hours per week (flexible schedule within shop hours)
Pay between $16 - $25/hr
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers when they walk in
- Take orders, answer basic questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Operate production equipment (vinyl, screen print, DTG/DTF, heat press, embroidery, etc.)
- Prepare garments and materials for printing and embroidery
- Help maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with quality control, packaging, and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with the team to keep production running smoothly
