As a Client Support Services Specialist reporting to Sr. Director, Platform Operations, you'll play a critical role in supporting Nasdaq's North American Markets customers with trading and technical inquiries. You will ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery for Nasdaq Eclipse Trading and related products, while driving continuous improvement in client operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day trading and technical support inquiries from internal and external customers across North American Markets.
  • Oversee user management and technical support for trading platforms and frontend applications.
  • Lead crisis communications and coordinate incident resolution during major outages to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and client self-sufficiency.
  • Own the customer certification and testing process to drive proper product adoption and usage.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in client support, trading operations, or technical support within financial services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalated issues under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly in dynamic market environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with FIX protocol and other trading protocols.
  • Knowledge of U.S. equities market structure and trading systems.
  • Prior experience with Nasdaq systems or similar trading platforms.

This position can be located in Philadelphia, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $81,000 - $142,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
