The base pay range for this role is $81,000 - $142,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day trading and technical support inquiries from internal and external customers across North American Markets.
- Oversee user management and technical support for trading platforms and frontend applications.
- Lead crisis communications and coordinate incident resolution during major outages to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and client self-sufficiency.
- Own the customer certification and testing process to drive proper product adoption and usage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in client support, trading operations, or technical support within financial services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalated issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly in dynamic market environments.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and other trading protocols.
- Knowledge of U.S. equities market structure and trading systems.
- Prior experience with Nasdaq systems or similar trading platforms.
