What You’ll Do
- Test complex systems through a mix of hands-on and automated testing to ensure high quality and reliability
- Create, maintain, and evolve test plans, test cases, and regression suites
- Identify issues early, document findings clearly, and work closely with engineers to resolve them
- Support client-reported issues across environments and assist with troubleshooting and validation
- Contribute to continuous improvement across testing processes and the full software lifecycle
- Experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Comfortable working with databases, Linux-based environments, and cloud platforms
- A pragmatic approach, and a "let's do this" attitude.
- Clear communicator who works well in collaborative, global teams
- Experience testing financial or market-related systems, especially the FIX protocol
- Familiarity with message-based or real-time systems
- Exposure to regulated or high-availability environments
