What You'll Do
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner directly with the Store Manager to keep operations running smoothly while making sure every customer walks out feeling like they experienced something, not just bought something.
- Lead by example with exceptional service and deep product knowledge
- Assist daily operations — opening, closing, cash management, and inventory control
- Help coach, motivate, and develop your team to hit individual and store sales goals
- Assist training new associates
- Uphold visual merchandising standards that bring the Naples Soap Company brand to life
- Keep the store compliant with company policy, operations, and loss prevention standards
- Build a positive, accountable, team-first culture
- Step confidently into the Store Manager role when needed
What You Bring
- 2 years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Key Holder, or similar)
- A proven track record of coaching and motivating a team to hit sales goals
- Natural relationship-building and customer service instincts
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours or more
- Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Must pass a background screening
Bonus points if you have experience in specialty retail, beauty, skincare, wellness, boutique, or luxury retail.
