Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee our store operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for retail. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience while driving sales and ensuring operational excellence.

Duties

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee cash register operations, including cash handling, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, forecast inventory needs, and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize staff scheduling and productivity.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management for three years.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks including inventory management and reporting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers.
• Experience in training development to enhance team performance is preferred.
• High performance meeting store goals and helping team achieve their goals through coaching efforts.
• Knowledge of retail math principles to support business decisions is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time: Nights, Weekends, and Holiday are required.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
