- Primarily involved in routine Accounts Receivable (AR) duties such as Client invoicing and payment entry, credit card processing and filing for multiple entities.
- Responsible for collection activities.
- Communicate with external Clients and internal associates on all aspects of the AR process.
- Responsible for the timely processing of Client invoices and payment application.
- Submit and track electronic invoices as needed.
- Expected to maintain compliance related to Sales Tax and VAT.
- Issue Customer statements.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates Degree or Accounting coursework preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Microsoft Office experience; proficient in Excel.
- Fluency in English is required.
