NAJ Healthcare Institute is seeking a qualified, bilingual (Haitian Creole/English) Medication Administration Program (MAP) Instructor/Trainer to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MAP Trainer looking for a flexible schedule while making a positive impact in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Medication Administration Program (MAP) training classes in Haitian Creole and English.
- Deliver instruction in accordance with Massachusetts MAP regulations and standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and classroom activities.
- Evaluate student competency and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance, training, and student records.
- Assist students with the registration process and preparation for the Massachusetts MAP State Examination.
- Provide guidance to students on setting up their accounts and completing all necessary steps for state testing.
- Collaborate with the school administration to coordinate class schedules and student needs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state requirements and training standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts MAP Trainer certification (required).
- Fluency in Haitian Creole and English (required).
- Active and unrestricted nursing license (RN preferred).
- Previous experience teaching or training adult learners preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
Compensation:
