Logistics Shipping & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Shipping & Operations Coordinator to support daily shipping and transportation operations for our growing travel and home goods company. This role reports directly to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for coordinating domestic shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring retailer routing compliance.

Our products ship to major off-price retailers including ROSS, TJX, and Burlington, as well as regional chains and independent retailers. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and can manage multiple shipments while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily domestic shipments from warehouse to retail customers 

* Prepare and review shipping documentation including BOLs, packing lists, and routing requests 

* Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and vendor shipping requirements 

* Schedule shipments with freight carriers, LTL providers, and warehouses 

* Track shipments and resolve routing or delivery issues 

* Maintain accurate shipping records and data entry 

* Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery 

Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics coordination, or transportation operations 

* Experience working with domestic freight shipments (LTL/FTL) 

* Familiarity with retailer routing guides and vendor compliance preferred 

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

* Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
