International law firm is looking to hire a Collections Coordinator for their midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is a dependable and determined professional with:
- 3 years of collections and accounts receivable experience
- Large law firm experience, strongly preferred
- Financial systems software proficiency
- Stellar organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage collections efforts for past-due and disputed client invoices in a professional and diplomatic manner
- Develop relationships with Attorneys to strategize on collections efforts for each account
- Maintain documentation of status updates
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
- Salary: $80K - $120K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability and 401K
- Hybrid schedule
