National law firm is hiring a Billing Coordinator to join their midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is an organized and attentive professional with:
- 3 years of law firm e-billing experience
- Familiarity with LEDES file format requirements
- Aderant software experience, a plus
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Manage the billing lifecycle from pre-bills through final submission
- Monitor statuses of invoices
- Maintain a detailed and accurate database of bills
- Open new client matters
- Conduct audits and compliance reviews
- Prepare various financial reports
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
- Salary: $70K - $100K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, PTO, 401K and more
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote
