Nachi America Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Content Specialist to join our Marketing team in Greenwood, Indiana.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong communications, journalism, marketing, or technical writing background who enjoys transforming complex technical information into engaging, customer-focused content. The successful candidate will serve as an industrial storyteller, helping communicate the value Nachi delivers to manufacturers across North America.

This role will support all major Nachi divisions, including:

• Robotics
• Bearings
• Cutting Tools
• Hydraulics

The Marketing Content Specialist will regularly collaborate with sales managers, engineers, product managers, customers, and external marketing partners to create compelling content that strengthens the Nachi brand, generates leads, and supports business growth.

Technical writing is the primary focus of this role.

What You'll DoContent Development & Technical Writing

• Research, write, and edit:
• Blog articles
• Customer success stories
• Case studies
• Website content
• Product profiles
• Email newsletters
• Marketing collateral
• Interview engineers, sales personnel, and customers to gather content and technical information.
• Translate complex engineering and manufacturing topics into clear, engaging content for customers and prospects.
• Ensure technical accuracy and message consistency across all content.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and content planning.
• Optimize website and blog content for search visibility.
• Manage metadata, page descriptions, and SEO best practices.
• Support organic traffic growth and lead generation initiatives.

Digital Advertising

• Develop, launch, and optimize:
• Google Ads campaigns
• LinkedIn and social media advertising campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Develop and maintain sales presentations and customer-facing marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and message accuracy throughout all presentations and content.

Social Media Management

• Manage company social media platforms.
• Develop content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Coordinate graphics, photography, and video assets.
• Monitor engagement and support community interaction.

Campaign Management

• Schedule and maintain:
• Social media campaigns
• Email marketing campaigns
• Product launches
• Digital promotions
• Manage the department's content calendar and publishing schedule.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze:
• Website traffic
• Campaign performance
• Lead generation activities
• Social media metrics
• Create reports and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Coordinate projects with freelance writers, photographers, videographers, designers, and other marketing vendors.
• Manage timelines and ensure quality deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Engineers
• Product Managers
• Sales Managers
• Marketing Team Members
• Build positive relationships across the organization while supporting company initiatives and objectives.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in:
• Communications
• Journalism
• Marketing
• English
• Public Relations
• Business
• Engineering
• Or a related field
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with engineers, sales leaders, and customers.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical writing, content marketing, journalism, or communications.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, engineering, robotics, or technical industries.
• Familiarity with:
• SEO best practices

• Email marketing platforms
• Content management systems (CMS)
• Experience conducting customer interviews and developing case studies.
