Job Responsibilities:
Quality
- Practice & Safety: Drives evidence-based clinical practices, regulatory compliance, and regular equipment maintenance to advance patient safety.
- Operations & Flow: Manages care variation, interdisciplinary collaboration, volume forecasting, and patient throughput to optimize delivery and efficiency.
Service
- Patient Experience: Provides strategic leadership to elevate patient satisfaction, leveraging feedback mechanisms to benchmark and improving service
- Collaboration: Partners with subject matter experts and leaders to implement evidence-based practices that maximize positive patient interactions
People

Education & Experience:
- Academics: Requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing; a master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Requires 1 years of recent Surgical Services leadership (Director or strong Manager) and 3 years of applicable experience.
- Specialty: Pediatric experience (including staff level in Peds, Mother/Baby, NICU, or L&D) is strongly preferred.
Salary : $116,000 - $160,000
