As N2 Solutions’ first Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a foundational role in shaping our sales engine. You’ll prospect new business, qualify inbound leads, and open meaningful conversations with decision-makers who can benefit from our IT, marketing, and development offerings.
You’ll collaborate directly with our Account Executive and Solutions Architect to ensure each opportunity is high-quality, strategically aligned, and well-prepared for the proposal stage. This is a consultative sales role that is ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering business needs, building relationships, and connecting the dots across services.
- Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and engage potential clients through personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and targeted campaigns.
- Lead Qualification
- Assess prospects for fit using defined qualification criteria (industry, company size, business need, and budget potential).
- Initial Discovery
- Conduct short discovery calls to identify business challenges and align their needs with one or more of our service lines.
- Pipeline Development
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive and Solutions Architect and ensure a smooth handoff.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and contribute insights to marketing and outbound strategy.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (tech, consulting, or marketing preferred).
- Strong communicator with excellent writing and listening skills.
- Naturally curious — loves learning about business operations and identifying pain points.
- Organized, consistent, and self-motivated; thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment — able to collaborate in-office while managing outreach independently.
- You’ll work directly with executive leadership to build and refine our outbound motion from the ground up.
- You’ll gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines — from IT infrastructure to digital marketing to custom app development.
- Clear growth path into Account Executive or Sales Manager roles as our team expands.
