Job Summary
Mystic Powerboats is seeking an experienced Marine Rigger to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marine rigging, electrical systems, and high-quality fit and finish work on fiberglass performance boats.
Responsibilities:
- Install and rig marine systems and components on fiberglass boats
- Perform 12V and 24V marine electrical installations and troubleshooting
- Install gauges, switches, lighting, batteries, charging systems, and accessories
- Complete fit and finish work to meet premium quality standards
- Install hardware, steering systems, fuel systems, and rigging components
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
- Perform final inspections and quality checks prior to delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience rigging fiberglass boats required
- Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems and wiring practices
- Experience with fit and finish work on high-performance or luxury boats preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Ability to lift equipment and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Military background or experience is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude towards learning is essential

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
