Our client, a leading Omaha-based organization, is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 3 month temporary assignment to support their growing hiring needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and screen resumes for a high volume variety of open positions.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate, up-to-date candidate records.
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Support the recruiting team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a corporate recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain recruiting a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles at once.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a strong sense of urgency.
Assignment Details:
- Duration: 3 months
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (hybrid)
- Compensation: Up to $40/hour
