DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process daily income and bills for managed clients
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct monthly and annual accounting reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Prepare and file tax returns and reports
- Client contact related to account management
- Special accounting projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel and accounting software
