Physiatrist / PM&R Physician – Post-Acute Care (SNF) — Full-Time, Part-Time, 1099 Options

We’re looking for a motivated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist (PM&R) to join our clinical team.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide physiatry and pain management services within skilled nursing facilities
- Evaluate and manage patients recovering from stroke, surgery, and acute illness
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans focused on restoring function
- Perform and manage treatments for pain, spasticity, and mobility limitations
- Collaborate closely with therapy teams and interdisciplinary staff
- Maintain clinical autonomy while being supported by a strong operational infrastructure
What We’re Looking For:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Active (or ability to obtain) medical license in the applicable state
- Experience in SNF, rehab, or post-acute care preferred (preferred)
- Comfortable working independently with strong clinical judgment
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
Position Details:
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and 1099 options available
- Flexible weekday schedule (no nights, weekends, or call)
- Autonomy to build and manage your schedule

Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-Time Salary: Starting at $300,000 annually
- Part-Time / 1099: $5,000 – $15,000 per month (based on volume and facilities)
