- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience working in customer service, underwriting, commercial lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred
- Familiarity with insurance company markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred
- Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required
- AAI, CIC, CISR, or CRIS designation preferred
