You'll lead a sharp, motivated QC crew, powering breakthrough accuracy and lightning‑fast turnaround times that make a real impact. • Oversee and coordinate all QC testing activities during the shift to meet production and release timelines.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate workload across analysts/technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of testing.
• Review and approve laboratory data, documentation, and electronic records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Lead or support investigations (OOS/OOT/Deviations), CAPA initiation, and root-cause analysis with proper documentation.
• Partner with Production, QA, and other functions to resolve issues, align priorities, and maintain audit readiness.

The experience we're looking for

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related scientific field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in QC, analytical testing, or laboratory operations.
• 1-2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Experience working within regulated environments such as cGMP, GLP, or ISO settings.
• Experience using laboratory or quality-related systems (e.g., LIMS, LES, TrackWise, MasterControl, SAP/ERP) and instruments (HPLC, ICP-MS, GC).

• Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP/ISO and data integrity (ALCOA ) requirements
• Proficiency with analytical laboratory methods and instrumentation
• Skilled in data review, documentation accuracy, and compliance
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop QC analysts/technicians
• Root-cause analysis and problem‑solving skills (e.g., OOS/OOT, deviations, CAPA)
• Workload planning, prioritization, and shift coordination
• Effective communication skills across QA, Production, and cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency with LIMS/LES, QMS tools (TrackWise/MasterControl), and MS Office
• Decision‑making skills under time pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
• Continuous improvement mindset (process optimization, right‑first‑time focus)
