A day in the life.

As our Client Service Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Client Specialists, focusing on training, performance management, and employee development. You will also ensure compliance with corporate policies, monitor workloads, and hold team members accountable for achieving goals and development plans. This role includes overseeing service team operations, fostering knowledge sharing, coordinating account assignments, and supporting client retention efforts. Additionally, you'll handle employee relations, participate in talent recruitment, resolve escalated client issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and department meetings.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7-9 years of group health & welfare plan industry experience and demonstrated relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading and managing employee teams.
  • Missouri or Illinois Life & Health Broker's License

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • CEBS designation
