CSS | Client Services Solutions is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our growing call center. ​ You’ll handle service-focused calls (mostly outbound but some inbound) for well-known national companies—no cold calling, collections, or political campaigns.​ Please note: We are not Client Services Inc. and are not a debt collection agency.​

We offer true scheduling flexibility: build a full-time, 40‑hour week around your life by choosing your own shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (one shift ending at 8 p.m. and one shift ending at 7 p.m. each week required).

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll deliver friendly, professional support on every call, help customers resolve questions or concerns, and represent our clients with empathy and care. You’ll receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and clear expectations so you always know how you’re performing and how to grow.​
