Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of new business sales representatives to achieve revenue targets
- Drive consistent pipeline generation through outbound activity and structured prospecting
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy
- Execute the US new business sales strategy in line with commercial objectives
- Manage individual and team performance through regular coaching and development
- Work closely with Marketing to align lead generation and campaign activity
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to support the customer journey
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of new team members
- Maintain strong awareness of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- 7 to 10 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business acquisition
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing and developing sales teams
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding new business revenue targets
- Experience in solution based or SaaS sales environments
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience selling into HR, compliance, data, or professional services markets is preferred
- Willingness to travel within the US as required
