A day in the life.
As our Customer Service Associate on the Surety team, you'll prepare all correspondence for the Surety dept. You will assist the team in achieving growth and retention by providing timely, accurate and professional service to all customers. You will assist underwriters in gathering basic information needed for execution of Bonds. Your responsibilities will include maintaining all files and keeping an adequate supply of forms, such as Power of Attorney, Execution Reports and Bond Forms.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 2 years customer service experience (preferably in an office setting)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
- Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
