What does a successful Financial Billing Manager do at Fiserv?
As a Billing Manager, you will serve as a key financial partner supporting revenue billing activities for multiple business divisions. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, and client-facing teams to ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled billing. Your work will help Fiserv achieve its financial objectives, support audits, and enhance client satisfaction through precise execution and continuous process improvement.
What You'll Do
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

What does a successful Financial Billing Manager do at Fiserv?

Your work will help Fiserv achieve its financial objectives, support audits, and enhance client satisfaction through precise execution and continuous process improvement.
What You'll Do
- Participating in training activity, provide guidance and review the work performed by the analysts to ensure revenue transactions are processed timely and accurately in accordance with policies.
- Own end-to-end billing activities including gathering information, validating data, creating client invoices, and coordinating distribution to external and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze billing trends and variances, identify issues and risks, and communicate findings and recommendations to finance and business partners.
- Support month-end close activities by preparing and reviewing billing entries, reconciliations, and related schedules.
- Participate in annual audit and quarterly review requests by preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Enhance efficiencies in billing workflows by leveraging financial systems, tools, and automation opportunities.
- Prepare quantitative analysis and provide qualitative business judgment to inform decisions for stakeholders across business units.

- 5 years of billing or revenue cycle experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to analyze data and prepare management-ready outputs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- Proven communicator with a talent for building rapport and working seamlessly with cross‑functional teams
- Experience using SAP, Oracle, or other ERP system
- Ability to collect, aggregate, analyze and interpret data
- Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, Copilot
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
