MyGuy Plumbing & Drain is a fast-growing residential plumbing and drain service company proudly serving the greater Toms River area. We are searching for a sharp, high-energy Dispatcher who will own our daily schedule from the moment the day starts to the last call closed. You will be the command center — coordinating technicians, maximizing our call board, and ensuring every customer gets the right tech at the right time. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who loves the challenge of a fast-paced environment and takes pride in flawless execution.
Duties
- Manage and optimize the daily dispatch board using ServiceTitan — routing, scheduling, and adjusting in real time
- Coordinate technician routes for maximum efficiency, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate proactively with clients and field technicians throughout the day — sending jobs, updating ETAs, and resolving issues fast
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism using Dialpad or similar multi-line phone systems
- Monitor job status, completion, and technician availability to keep the board full and flowing
- Partner closely with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless booking and follow-through
- Identify opportunities to fill schedule gaps and maximize technician productivity
- Maintain accurate job notes, customer records, and dispatch logs in ServiceTitan
- Adapt quickly when priorities shift — rerouting, rescheduling, and problem-solving on the fly
- Be the calm, organized center of a high-energy operation every single day
Skills
- ServiceTitan experience — this is a firm requirement; you must know the platform
- 2 years of dispatch, scheduling, or operations coordination experience
- Experience with multi-line phone systems (Dialpad strongly preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and digital tools — Microsoft Office, email, CRM/field service platforms
- Ability to remain composed and effective during high-volume, high-pressure periods
- Must be available for full-time, in-office hours — 40 hours per week
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Nexstar Network dispatch methodology and best practices ⭐
- Background in home services, plumbing, HVAC, or trades dispatch ⭐
- Experience managing a team of 5 field technicians simultaneously ⭐
