Experienced Automotive Dispatcher at Matt Blatt Nissan
Schedule: Monday through Saturday
Compensation: $30,000–$40,000 base salary plus monthly commission

Matt Blatt Kia is seeking an experienced Automotive Dispatcher to join our fast-paced dealership team. We are looking for a motivated, organized professional who can effectively coordinate workflow in the service department while helping drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level and availability
• Monitor shop productivity and maintain a balanced flow of work
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to maximize efficiency
• Track technician progress and help ensure timely completion of repairs
• Support daily service department operations and performance goals
• Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective coordination

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive dispatching experience required
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dealership management system experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
