What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Administrator position at Myers Auto Group?
SUBARU SOUTH TAMPA is looking for a Warranty Administrator! The position is responsible for booking warranty repair orders and preparing paperwork within specified parameters to ensure internal and customer payments will be processed accurately.
Pay based on experience!
Qualifications:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Understand warranty coding and coverages.
- Process and submit all warranty claims and repair orders to manufacturer promptly and accurately while adhering to warranty policy and audit guidelines.
- Coordinate and manage sublet business with proper vendors.
- Assist Service Advisors with warranty questions.
- Reconcile warranty schedules.
- Fast and accurate data entry/ typing skills.
- Ability to possibly sit for extended periods of time.
- Follow all established company, department and safety policies and procedures.
- Acceptable attendance is mandatory.
- Must be able to work all required hours, including extended hours for events, when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Department Head.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions and work within physical demands and work environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- Maintain friendly and professional relationships with all co-workers, customers, vendors, etc.
- Experience with CDK DMS, Xtime and Reynolds.
- Knowledge of Subaru Brand.

- Work performed in Service Department/ Shop/ Lane
- May require sitting for extended periods of time
