Job Description
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the prompt and accurate submission of manufacturer and after-market warranty claims and the resulting collection of all warranty claim revenues.
Responsibilities
Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
Subsidized Health Insurance with eligibility the first of the month following 60 days of service
Company funded Group Term Life and matching AD&D in the amount of $5,000.00
PTO available with cashout option after the completion of 1 year of service
Paid holidays after the completion of 90 days of service
401(K) eligibility after the completion of 60 days of service. A company match is provided up to 3% of the associate’s contribution. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
o 10% vested after the completion of 1 year of service

Job Description
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the prompt and accurate submission of manufacturer and after-market warranty claims and the resulting collection of all warranty claim revenues.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains productive relationships with the manufacturer's designated warranty representatives with which the dealership conducts business
- Reviews every warranty repair order written for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the applicable policies and procedure manuals
- Returns improperly completed repair orders to the person originating the document for correction and/or completion as necessary
- Determines and enters the applicable labor operation code, failure codes, and/or other administrative data required and enters them on the repair orders
- Flags the appropriate technicians for the hours earned on the operations they performed
- Checks each repair order against the vehicle's service history to avoid making duplicate claims
- Monitors the use of special warranty programs for diagnosis time, straight time repairs, etc., for abuse by the service sales and/or technical staff
- Ensures that all deductibles are properly documented so they are collected from the customer at the time of repair completion / delivery
- 2-3 years of relevant automotive experience with warranty processing REQUIRED
- Experience with VW/Audi highly preferred
- Eperience with CDK a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent work history
- Strong computer and organizational skills a must
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
