Qualifications:What You'll Do
As an Express Lube Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while learning from experienced technicians in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities include:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, battery testing, and other routine maintenance
- Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs
- Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate repair recommendations to Service Advisors
- Adhere to all warranty, safety, environmental, and company policies
Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Entry-level automotive experience is welcome, but not required
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow procedures, directions, and safety guidelines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
