We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to lead go-to-market efforts for our SaaS solutions. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, enabling sales teams, and driving product adoption through targeted marketing initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success to ensure our offerings resonate with the right audiences and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing SaaS products.
- Create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the market.
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand features, roadmap, and customer pain points.
- Produce and manage marketing collateral including datasheets, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and messaging.
- Partner with Sales to develop enablement materials such as battle cards, pitch decks, and training sessions.
- Track and report on campaign performance, product adoption, and customer engagement metrics.
- Support customer marketing initiatives including testimonials, reviews, and reference programs.
- Attend various trade shows and conferences to promote the product(s).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Strong understanding of buyer personas, customer journeys, and SaaS business models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
- Travel to trade shows and conferences to promote the product.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Figma.
- Experience working in Medicare, healthcare, or insurance tech is a plus.
- Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
