Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare plans.
- Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate on Medicare eligibility and options.
- Prospect new leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and drive sales.
- Maintain a strong client pipeline and ensure high-quality follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics.
- Use CRM tools for managing client information and tracking progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Active Health & Life license.
- Current AHIP certificate required before starting.
- Job stability and tenure in previous roles.
- 3 years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong phone presence and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Proficient in CRM Software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and coachable.
- Training Period (Averaging 3–6 Months): Competitive hourly base pay with monthly performance-based bonuses. Base pay range is equivalent to $41,600 to $47,840 annually, with the potential to earn $55,000–$65,000 annual monetary compensation (base pay and bonuses).
- Transition to Medicare Sales Representative: After completing training and obtaining the appropriate licensure, base pay is equivalent to $37,440–$41,600 annually, with the potential to earn $70,000–$85,000 total compensation (including incentives) in your first year as a representative, based on performance.
- Ongoing Success and Growth: With continued success, annual earnings can grow significantly, with the potential to exceed $115,000 annually based on performance.
- Stationary role, operating a computer and office equipment.
- Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
- Office environment with occasional movement within the workspace. Remote work can potentially be negotiated if the candidate lives 50 miles away from the office.
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 10 am-6:30 pm CST
