Position Overview

- Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally
- Answering phones and assisting with reservations
- Cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel
- Managing laundry operations during your shift
- Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A friendly, approachable attitude and willingness to help
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Availability for weekends
- Hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
