What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk position at THE PITTSBURGH GOLF?
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and outgoing Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones and emails, and assisting Club members with a variety of questions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails to the Club.
- Greet members and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft word and publisher
- Must be able to work 3 to 4 shifts from 5pm-9pm weekly, Occasional 9-5 shifts as needed
- Customer service experience preferred
