We have an opening for a Indiana Regional Account Manager in our exciting geriatric mobile practice focusing on wellness and disease management in the geriatric community. Our team is supportive, caring, and we have tried to build a work environment that exemplifies teamwork. Our focus is primary care in assisted living and memory care communities. We are offering a full time position to better serve our clients medical needs.
Summary
As a Regional Account Manager at My Healthcare, you will manage key relationships with our partner assisted living communities to ensure our services are delivered as promised, that we maintain high satisfaction, and that issues are resolved and escalated appropriately. You will act as a liaison between communities and our leadership team, coordinating communication, site visits, and follow-ups to drive continuous improvement in client experience and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned assisted living (and other senior residential) communities. Cultivate and maintain strong, positive, professional relationships with community leadership and staff.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor and ensure that My Mobile MD Indiana's services (e.g., primary care, chronic care management, on call support) are being provided according to agreed-upon standards.
- Regular Communications: Send weekly check-in communications (via email, phone, or virtual meeting) to each assigned community to solicit feedback, monitor satisfaction, and proactively address issues.
- Conduct monthly in-person check-ins (where geography permits) to meet with community leadership, review service delivery, and strengthen the partnership.
- Issue Tracking & Escalation: When concerns, complaints, or service gaps are reported by a community, document them clearly; assess their impact; provide timely feedback to the internal leadership team, including proposed solutions where possible.
- Coordination & Follow-Up: Arrange and schedule meetings between community clients and internal leadership when needed (e.g., for escalated issues or service reviews). Prepare agendas, ensure participation, and follow up on action items.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep detailed records of all community interactions—monthly check-ins, quarterly visits, issue reports, meeting notes, follow up. Provide regular reports to leadership summarizing community satisfaction, service issues, trends, and potential improvements
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in account management, client success, or similar, in healthcare, specifically senior living.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact well with senior community leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client communities throughout Norther Indiana for in-person check-ins (Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, Tipton, Kokomo, Muncie, Marion, & eventually Fort Wayne).
- Proficient with digital communication tools (email, phone, video conferencing) and comfortable using CRM or account tracking systems.
- Ability to escalate issues appropriately, think critically, and propose solutions.

Work Environment
- Mixture of remote work and in-person visits.
- Travel throughout Northern Indiana (regional travel to Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Muncie, Marion, Kokomo, Tipton and eventually Fort Wayne) is a requirement for quarterly in-person check-ins and for onboarding of all new buildings in your territory.
