What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at MY LITTLE TEAM TEXAS?
La Fonda Express in San Antonio, TX is looking for one line cook to join our 4 person team. We are located on 15415 Applewhite suite 109. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items
- Cook Daily Specials
- Clean up station
- Follow Open and closing procedures
- Working early morning hours some days 4:30 am to 2:00 pm
- Regular Schedule from 7 to 2:30 PM
Qualifications
- Cooking experience
- Multi-tasker and detail oriented
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Responsible
- Punctual is a must
