Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid or Remote)

MW Talent is partnering with a respected personal injury law firm in Richmond, Virginia, to hire an experienced Litigation Attorney. This is a fully in-person position for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation work and being part of a collaborative office environment.

This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to manage cases from inception through trial and work closely with a dedicated legal team. You will take ownership of an active caseload and play a critical role in case strategy and trial preparation.

• Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation

• Handle discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation

• Draft and review pleadings, discovery responses, and legal documents

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to meet deadlines and case goals

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Virginia

• 4 years of personal injury litigation experience

• Strong understanding of civil procedure and trial preparation

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

• Established firm with a strong reputation for client advocacy

• Fully in-person role with direct courtroom exposure
