Position Summary:
Provides administrative and operational support for corporate services and CSR functions within a regional office. Responsibilities include payment processing, expense reconciliation, facilities coordination, and support for office operations and events. Works closely with internal teams, vendors, and regional offices to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and completion of special projects. *HYBRID work environment, STRONG benefits, 401K with an International Commodity Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments, allocations, and expense reconciliations
- Support facilities operations, vendor coordination, and office maintenance
- Manage mail, shipping, and office supply logistics
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conference room setups
- Assist with workspace planning and office reconfigurations
- Support administrative projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Provide general administrative support across departments as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of administrative and/or corporate service experience
- Experience working in multi-cultural and international environments
- Experience in accounting functions
- Bilingual in Japanese and English - A PLUS
