Are you an oil & gas regulatory professional who understands the complexity of Texas Railroad Commission compliance and upstream operations?
We’re partnering with a well-established energy company seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Specialist to support regulatory filings, operational compliance, and agency coordination across natural gas operations.

What You’ll Do
• Manage regulatory filings with agencies including the Texas Railroad Commission
• Prepare and submit key regulatory documentation including P-5 operator filings, H-15 reports, and W-3 / W-3A production filings
• Support compliance related to inactive wells, permitting, and operational reporting
• Maintain regulatory records and technical compliance documentation
• Work closely with operations teams to resolve regulatory issues and ensure compliance
• Stay current on evolving regulations impacting oil & gas operations
• Support company initiatives around safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory accountability
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of oil & gas regulatory or compliance experience
• Direct experience with Texas Railroad Commission filings and reporting requirements
• Familiarity with PHMSA regulations (49 CFR 190, 191, 192, 194, 195, 196, 199) and API Recommended Practices
• Experience supporting natural gas or upstream oil & gas operations
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
• Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
