Essential Criteria:
- Associate's degree in Administration, or prior work experience preferred.
- Proven organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong motivational aptitude
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Sound decision making
- Ability to help move the overall department goals forward
- Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages the Internship program for Application Engineering by providing performance feedback to participants and directing the workload.
- Provide executive administrative support for the director and management team.
- Manage required departmental reports. (Helps determine what reports are required, works with IS for automation, runs, and distributes as required).
- Coordinate Manager Meetings, including agenda, minutes, scheduling, and facilitating in the absence of the Director.
- Organize departmental functions (meetings, training, outings, etc.)
- Serve as a liaison between production and application engineering groups to decide the timing for which projects must be sent to production.
- Reconcile structural billings and coordinate with accounting to code charges.
- Assist with the creation and organization of training materials.
