Essential Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent related experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of related work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Detailed, organized, and proactive.
- Flexible and able to react quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of responsibilities.
- Self-directed within a team environment.
- Knowledge of sales and bidding processes.
- Ability to understand electrical, structural and technical information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for assigned Sales Representatives and customers by coordinating internal and external communications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors, specifiers, and engineers.
- Manage the complete project workflow process from project creation to installation.
- Update systems to ensure project communications and details are captured.
- Analyze and maintain accurate sales and shipment projections.
- Conduct project reviews and contribute to the overall design, pricing, and sales strategy.
- Create and maintain accurate pricing calculations based on design and project criteria.
- Prepare project specific sales documents including specifications, budget estimates, quotes, bid proposals, scope of work, purchase agreements, and submittals.
- Coordinate shipment timing and installation schedules.
- Manage installation contracts and support contractors and customers during the post-sale and installation processes.
- Identify effective solutions to unforeseen complications that may occur during the process.
