The position also provides administrative and reporting support to the Operations Manager and collaborates across departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in the food industry preferred.
- Advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP systems is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management to secure materials and services at competitive prices.
- Collaborate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to forecast demand and ensure alignment of procurement activities with manufacturing schedules.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery performance, and compliance with company standards.
