We are a multi-specialty surgical practice seeking an experienced, full time, surgery scheduler: NextGen and bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate surgical appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize NextGen EHR software to update patient information and track appointments.
- Provide exceptional patient service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize scheduling and improve workflow in the surgery department.
- Ensure proper documentation and coding for medical services rendered.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with scheduling, particularly in surgical settings.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and CPT coding.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
