Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate the right parties.
- Responsible for outbound/inbound calls – communicating with individuals regarding their account.
- Locate and monitor overdue accounts, notify customer of delinquent accounts.
- Persuade customers to pay amounts due, set payment arrangements, set up payment schedules.
- Manage email inbox, voicemails, and all communication logs to follow up with customers.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous consumer collections experience is required.
- Flexibility to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; Availability for overtime as needed
- Basic computer skills and math skills required.
- Knowledge of FDCPA, HIPAA, state and local collection laws and the ability to be licensed in all states is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
