Role Description
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, on-site position located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing and organizing case files, and filing pleadings and motions. The role requires close collaboration with attorneys to manage case preparation and ensure efficiency throughout the litigation process. This individual will also serve as a critical resource in the organization and execution of tasks related to client representation and case management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Experience with Legal Research and analyzing case-related information
- Knowledge of preparing and filing Pleadings and Motions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site legal environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification preferred
- Prior Personal Injury Experience preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Preference given to bilingual/Spanish speaking
